Welcome — we’re excited to host your shoot. To keep our studio safe, welcoming and neighbour-friendly, please read and follow these studio rules: 1. Respect the neighbourhood - Keep noise to a minimum, especially before 9am and after 8pm. - Park considerately; avoid blocking driveways or residential access. - Be mindful when arriving/departing so neighbours aren’t disturbed. 2. Studio access & security - Lock all doors and secure exits when leaving. The studio cat is strictly indoor — do not prop doors or leave exits open. - Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorised people. 3. Studio hours, booking and turnaround - Use the studio only during your booked times (including load‑in/load‑out). Overtime must be pre‑approved and may incur extra charges. - Please arrive on time to avoid overlapping bookings. 4. Equipment care & responsibility - Treat all studio equipment and hired items with care. Use gear only as intended and follow any provided instructions. - Report any damage or malfunction immediately. You may be charged for repair or replacement if damage is caused by misuse. 5. Hired equipment & returns - Hired items must be returned in the same condition and by the agreed time. Clean and re‑pack gear before returning. Late returns may incur fees. 6. Waste, cleaning & set strike - Remove and dispose of all waste and set materials at the end of your booking. Leave the studio clean and tidy. - If additional cleaning is required after your session, a cleaning fee may apply. 7. Food, drink & smoking - Food and drink are allowed in designated areas only. Clean up spills immediately. - No smoking or vaping inside the studio. No open flames without prior approval and appropriate permits. 8. Pets & animals - No pets are allowed unless pre‑arranged and approved. Remember the studio cat must remain inside at all times; do not attempt to take the cat outside. 9. Safety & conduct - Follow standard health & safety practices. Do not operate equipment if you are not trained to do so. - Use of hazardous materials or stunts requires prior approval and proof of appropriate insurance and risk assessment. 10. Models, clients & visitors - You are responsible for the behaviour of everyone you bring. Brief your team on the studio rules. Unruly or disrespectful visitors may be asked to leave. 11. Insurance & permits - For commercial shoots, permits or production insurance may be required. Please notify us in advance and provide relevant documentation if requested. 12. Damage, loss & liability - You are liable for any damage or loss caused during your booking. Report incidents immediately so we can address them together. 13. Emergencies & contacts - In an emergency, follow posted procedures and contact us immediately at the number provided in your booking confirmation. 14. Cancellation & disputes - Follow the booking platform’s cancellation policy. Any disputes can be raised via the Scouty.com messaging system.
