House Rules & Additional Terms Booking & Access: Bookings must include setup and breakdown time. Overtime will be charged according to the studio’s hourly rate. Studio Use & Equipment: The studio must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage to the equipment, walls, floors, or cyclorama will be charged to the client. No unauthorized alterations, painting, or drilling into studio walls. Cleaning & Waste Management: Clients are responsible for keeping the space tidy. Any excessive cleaning required will incur an additional fee. Smoking, Alcohol & Food: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Alcohol consumption is not allowed unless pre-approved. Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas. Noise & External Sound Equipment: The space is designed for controlled productions. External sound systems must be pre-approved. Insurance & Liability: The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Clients are advised to have their own production insurance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a partial refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
