House built in 1925, contains 450 m2 divided into 2 floors maintaining its essence and Valencian origin to which has been added an avant-garde aesthetic designed by the renowned interior design studio Masquespacio. On the ground floor we can find original elements such as hydraulic floors and ceramic baseboards, while on the upper floor a fantasy scene is recreated that mixes noble and industrial materials with a unique approach.
