This is my home and I need it treated with care and respect please! Protective floor covering required for heavy equipment. Any scratches or breakages will need to be replaced / paid for. Crew must tidy up, all rubbish must be taken away & any spillages or damages must be reported immediately No smoking indoors. No overloading plug sockets Any moved items must be returned exactly as found, and if alterations are made to the decor, these must be turned back to how they were beforehand. Production must hold public liability insurance Owner not liable for crew equipment Extra time must be pre-approved & there may be charges for overtime or large crew access.
