● Feel free to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag! ● No decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes drilling or attaching things to walls - by any means. ● Please ensure that all floors, carpeted areas, surfaces, and upholstered items are suitably protected so as not to cause damage. ● Smoking is permitted on the balcony away from the apartment doors. Ash trays & cleanliness is a must. NO Smoking inside or near the doors. ● Take your waste with you after the shoot or alternatively we offer a waste removal service of £20 per large bag. ● Footwear covers to be worn or shoes removed and heavy shoot gear must have leg protectors in order to avoid dents in / scratching the floor. Any substantial damages must be covered by the client. ● Overtime rates apply and must be discussed in good time and respectfully. We live here and appreciate notice in order to plan around your shoot times.
