Artistic & Spacious Victorian Terraced House

* Over Time: If you anticipate overrunning, please give us at least one hour's prior notice. Additional charges will apply at one and a half times the hourly rate. * Wall Protection: Do not use tape on the walls. The paint will strip, and any damage may incur charges running into hundreds of pounds. * Cleaning: It’s your responsibility to leave the space as you found it. Allocate sufficient time to clean. If you fail to clean or reinstate the place to a condition of how it was found, an hour of overtime will be charged in addition. * Moving furniture/objects: upon request items can be moved to accommodate shots, but all items must be reinstated to their original place. Please take photos before filming to help place items. Please provide car registration, colour, and make ahead of the shoot day. * Shoe Policy: No shoes are allowed upstairs. Please bring shoe covers, remove shoes, or protect the floor. * Access: We will discuss, on the morning of the shoot; what areas are out of bounds.
