• Bedrooms are off-limits unless requested as an add-on. • Booked time includes set-up time and strike. • Please use rubber feet on any equipment to avoid scratching wood floors and deck outside and around the pool. • Please use booties while inside the house or please take off shoes. Booties provided by owner. • Please avoid leaning equipment or any other items against any walls. • Furniture and decorations can be moved if they are placed back in its original position. • Sectional Sofa can be disassembled but a reassembly charge will be added. • No smoking on the premises. • No consumption of alcohol on the premises. • No loud outdoor music. • No full nudity. • Please keep entry gate and driveway gate closed and locked at all times, except for loading and unloading purposes. • Owners will be working in the ADU during production. **In case of any damage to property or crew during the shoot, production company will be liable, including for any of its representatives, employees, or agents.
