Beachfront Cottage with Public Pier

The families on either side are there mostly in the summertime, but there are yearound residents behind the cottage too. Their peace and enjoyment of their space must be respected. I am not against modifications to the property, but expectations and negotiations must be sorted out beforehand. Some, but not all of the furniture can be used in filming. Wear and tear is expected and the cottage has held up to a fair bit of it. There are some original "character" elements that must be preserved such as the old farmhouse sink, the single pane window glass, the pine and cedar interior walls and ceiling, the fir floor boards, and the woodstove and the antique cook stove and baking cupboard as well as our harvest gold appliances. Our washer and dryer can be used, but can't be moved. The maple saplings along the driveway are very special to me and must not be harmed.
