Strictly NO Parties Only 1 car parking spot in undercroft parking with permit. Other cars can park on site from 8am to 6pm for free but need to park outside complex on street after 6pm. The heating is turned ON to start at 7am to 10am. you can turn it off or extend the hours via the control box in the cabinet. The WiFi is ON, so you can access the password in the resources section Hot water is set to come on at specific times ensuring you have a constant flow of hot water in the bath and taps. If in case the bin room downstairs by the front entrance is locked the passcode is C4517X The gym is accessible via the FOB which is in the keyset so ensure you take it with you for your workout sessions.
