House Rules / Additional Terms Ground-floor access only – please handle all equipment carefully. The loft must be left in the same condition as before the booking. No smoking inside the loft. Cooking or food preparation only with prior approval. Please protect floors and walls when setting up lights, tripods, or props. Overtime must be confirmed in advance. Quiet hours start at 10 p.m. (22:00). Boat dock can be used for arrivals, filming, or product deliveries (max. 9.5 m vessel). 2 on-site parking spaces available + additional free street parking nearby. Cleaning fee applies for larger productions. The “Glass Workshop Room” can be booked as an add-on upon request.
