Overages will be charged at the agreed rate. • Only approved activities outlined in the booking request are permitted. 2. Capacity • Maximum of 10 people allowed on-site during the booking period. 3. Cleanliness and Respect • The space must be left in the same condition as found. • Please dispose of all trash in designated bins. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess. • No permanent alterations to the space (e.g., nails, tape, paint) are allowed. 4. Noise and Disturbance • Please respect noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors. 5. Damage • Any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment must be reported immediately and may result in additional fees. • The renter assumes full responsibility for the actions of their team. 6. Smoking and Alcohol • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property unless pre approved • Alcohol consumption must be pre-approved 7. Restricted Areas • Access is limited to the booked areas only. Bedrooms, closets, or other private areas are off-limits unless previously discussed. 8. Pets • No pets are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. 9. Safety • Open flames, pyrotechnics, or hazardous materials are not permitted on-site. • All equipment and cables must be secured to prevent accidents. 10. Check-Out • Please notify the host when leaving. A final walkthrough may be conducted to ensure the space is left in good condition.
