Salon Hire – Booking Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Deposit • A non-refundable deposit of 30% (hourly/half-day bookings) or 50% (full-day/commercial bookings) is required to confirm the reservation. • The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to the hire date. • Bookings made within 48 hours of the hire date require full payment upfront. 2. Payment Methods • Payment accepted by: - Bank Transfer 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking: deposit is retained, but the session can be rescheduled once more. • Cancellations within 72 hours: deposit is retained and the session cannot be moved. • No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded or credited. 4. Use of Space • Hire includes access to agreed areas of the Studio/ salon only (e.g. salon floor, academy space, beauty room). • All guests must respect the space and leave it clean and undamaged. • Salon furniture may be used, but equipment (e.g. lights, props) is not included unless stated. 5. Damages & Liability • The hirer is responsible for any damage to the salon or its contents during their session. • A damage charge may be applied at the owner’s discretion. • The salon is not liable for lost or stolen items. 6. Overtime • Any use of the space beyond the booked time will be charged at £30–£40/hour, subject to availability. • Overtime must be approved in advance. 7. Public Use & Social Media • If images/videos will be published or shared online, please tag or credit the salon where possible. • Use of the salon’s name, branding, or identity for commercial campaigns must be approved in writing. .Must have their own liability insurance
