HOUSE 'RULES' • PLEASE no shoes in the flat • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 22:30. • NO SMOKING inside please, but you can do so out on the balcony if you must but please; - CLOSE the door behind you - DISPOSE of the cigarette butts - DO NOT throw them off the balcony If you need to smoke inside because of a shoot then just let me know so I can prepare to deal with that. • When going out for the day and no one is home, please turn the heat down between 9 and 16 degrees and turn off the lights • Please use wood or plastic spoons when using pots and pans and do not put the frying pan in dishwasher. • DO NOT put hot pots on the kitchen counter without a heat pad or on the marble dinning table. We like to continue to offer the property to guests in a good condition. • Use coasters for cups and glasses on surfaces as to not leave any marks * Try and use only the towels you really need to help save energy and our planet. The towels are also white and not made for cleaning makeup with. • Refuse and recycling are collected daily. Please place them outside the main communal entrance on the street by the tree the night before collection. Collection hours: Monday - Friday: 07:00 am - 09:00 am Saturday - Sunday: 18:30 pm - 20:30 pm
