Location availability
6am-9. pm daily. Night shoots can be arranged as well but I have to be considerate of my neighbours as I live in a terraced house.

Additional Terms
Please keep noise level low outside front of house as I have neighbours either side. No smoking indoors or front of house, space in garden is available. All rubbish must be taken away and any damages must be paid for. NO GAFFA TAPE ON WOODERN FLOORS OR WALLS Hot drinks must be kept in the kitchen area, and only bottled water is allowed throughout the house. There will always be 1-2 people at the property to help you if required unless prearranged otherwise and I am always happy to help with tea making and refreshments if that helps
