No smoking indoors. Designated smoking area/cigarette disposal at the balcony. Please lift furniture to move it, do not drag it to avoid damage to the floors. If you move anything then please put the furniture and accessories back in their original position. No stiletto heels on wooden floors (unless heel covers are worn - we can provide them). We would appreciate shoes off if possible (especially in bad weather). We appreciate that this may not be possible in some cases. No changes are to be made to settings on appliances and/or heating/hot water unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. No loud filming, music or events after 8 pm unless agreed in writing prior to the booking. All rubbish is to be removed from the property at the end of each day Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked before you leave the property, and handed to the caretaker.
