24-7, but the house is also used as a holiday let. The house is generally available Monday to Thursday, especially over the Winter / Spring. Guests tend to book Fridays to Sundays...

No smoking or vaping. No adult films. No shoes on the carpet. Only two vehicles allowed. No parking anywhere else on the estate. Street parking is available nearby on Bracklesham Lane. Owner may be present. Smoking & noise: This is a no smoking property, and we do not allow noise nuisances that will disturb our neighbours. Alertify (in the living room) is a smart home device that measures volume levels & smoke (including cigarettes, vapes & marijuana) throughout the property. Alertify does not record audio or video. The device alerts us to noise nuisances and smoke, and records evidence for damage protection claims. Smoking will incur a £300 fine to cover deep cleaning and lost revenue. Noise disturbances will result in immediate cancelation of the booking, and a £500 fine.
