Dry hire only Limited (Please Ask): Haze / fog machines Alcohol Served Cooking on site Regarding Health & Safety: Tampering with, covering or modifications to any pre-existing health and safety equipment and/or signage Tampering with H&S lighting / house lighting Covering the fire alarms Re-wiring or altering the fire alarms Hanging or tampering with any cables attached to the ceilings (these are red, white or blue in colour) Operational Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 22:30 Friday: 07:30 - 00:00 Saturday: 08:00 - 00:00 Sunday and Bank Holidays: 09:00 - 19:00 Hirer Responsibilities: The hirer will be required to position security / a member of crew on any open doors that lead to the street The hirer is responsible for the safety and security of their personnel and equipment The hirer must remove any rubbish upon completion of the hire period and the location should be left in the same or better condition than it was found
