Additional Terms

Standard hours are 7am to 7pm. Fees are £99 an hour for crews of up to 15, negotiable for more. Secure overnight storage available by negotiation. We are happy for you to redecorate as long as this is negotiated in advance and the space is returned to it's original state. Our kitchen is wooden and can also be painted. You are welcome to use and of our pots, pans, plates or trinkets if it is useful to you. Please treat with care, clean and return to original location after. Our home is full of natural light. If you wish to adjust light levels, particularly in the extension, then we have a covering available for our roof light, which can be accessed via a flat roof via our ladder. Please do leave our home as you find it, damages to be covered. Please do be respectful of neighbours and pedestrians outside. Street parking available at £15 per day per vehicle outside. Super fast Virgin Fibre available. We have been hosting shoots for 15 years and are always happy to provide any help required to make your shoot day run as smoothly a possible; you will be provided with a document which includes useful info about the house and the locality upon arrival or prior to the shoot.
