-Please treat the venue, furniture, equipment and facilities with care. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused during the booking and will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement. -Leave the venue as you found it. Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original position. Please do not drag furniture or equipment across the floors. -Report any damage, breakages, spills, faults or issues immediately. -Leave the venue clean and tidy, removing all belongings, props, decorations and rubbish. -Please keep noise and music at a reasonable level out of respect for neighbouring units, including when arriving and leaving. -No alcohol, smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises. -No smoke/haze/fog machines, candles, naked flames, fireworks or sparklers. -Three parking spaces are available directly outside the unit. Do not park outside neighbouring units or block entrances/access routes. -The venue must only be used for the purpose booked. The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all guests, clients and crew. -Do not attach anything to walls, ceilings, doors or furniture that could leave marks or cause damage. -No illegal, dangerous or antisocial activity is permitted on the premises. If any such activity is identified or reasonably suspected, the booking will be terminated immediately and you will be required to leave the venue. -Your booking time includes set-up, shoot/event time, packing away and cleaning. Please do not arrive before your booked time and ensure the venue is fully vacated by the end of your booking. Additional time may be charged. -Before leaving, switch off lights/electrical equipment as appropriate and secure the doors as instructed.
