Information Required Before Booking Please provide the following details when requesting to book the property: • Type of shoot (e.g. social media content, photography, commercial filming, interviews, etc.) • Reason of shoot (e.g. fashion ad, home magazine, finance podcast, etc.) • Crew size (number of people attending) • Rooms/areas of the property that will be used • Name of the company or individual booking the location • Number of vehicles arriving on site • Contact details for the lead person responsible on the day • Copy of valid Public Liability Insurance • Outline of how health and safety will be managed during the shoot Failure to provide the above information may result in the booking request being declined. Booking Conditions Booking Times • Access to the property is permitted only during the agreed booking time. • Any set-up or pack-down time must be included within the booking period. • Overtime will be charged at the standard hourly rate unless agreed in advance. Crew Size • The maximum crew size must match the number stated at booking. • Additional crew members must be approved in advance. Owner Presence • The property owner may remain on site during the booking. CCTV • CCTV operates on the premises for security purposes. Neighbours • Neighbours are present and all guests must avoid disruption, particularly when using outdoor spaces. • Driveways, access routes and surrounding areas must not be blocked. Furniture & Property Use • Furniture and items may not be removed from the property. • If furniture is moved during filming, it must be returned to its original position before leaving. • No permanent changes may be made to the property (including drilling, fixing items to walls, painting, or alterations) without prior written permission. Damage & Liability • The booking party is responsible for any damage caused to the property, fixtures, furniture, or contents. • Any damage must be reported immediately. • Repair or replacement costs may be charged where necessary. • A damage deposit may be required prior to the booking. Cleanliness • The property must be left clean and tidy. • All rubbish must be removed from the property at the end of the booking. Health & Safety • The booking party is responsible for ensuring safe working practices for their crew. • All electrical equipment must be safe and suitable for use. Insurance • Valid Public Liability Insurance must be provided prior to the booking. • The property owner is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to equipment belonging to the crew. Restricted Activities The following activities are not permitted without prior written approval: • Open flames or candles • Smoke machines • Fake or real weapons • Adult or explicit content • Large lighting rigs or equipment that may damage surfaces Content & Usage • The property must not be portrayed in a way that could damage the owner’s reputation or associate the location with illegal, offensive, or harmful activity. • The owner may request details regarding how the property will appear in the content. Owner Rights • The owner reserves the right to remain on site during the booking. • The owner reserves the right to stop the shoot if the agreed conditions are not being followed. Cancellation & Approval • All bookings are subject to approval based on the information provided. • The owner reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that do not comply with these conditions.
