If you need to use the kitchen please let us know how you plan to use it and we will accommodate. Kitchen: Instruction on how to use kitchen table: If you want to use a knife on the table you must use a solid chopping board, no cutting directly on the dinning table. Please do not put hot pot/ pan directly on table, instead use a board or thermal heat matt to put the hot item on. Please lay down coasters before putting a drink down. Please lay a table cloth or plate matt before putting down hot plates/ bowels/jugs. If you need fridge and freezer let us know at least 24hour before so we can prepare it for you. General Apartment: Only sit on chair or beds. Do not sit on cupboards, tables, shelves, cabinets No sticking or nailing things to walls or windows No food or drink near rugs or in rooms with carpet No smoking/ vaping indoors or on the balcony Movement: If you need furniture moved please notify us 24 hours before and we will always try to accommodate. Furniture that can not be moved: Bed Drawers in bedroom TV You can use the TV - it is installed into the wall so you can not move the TV Parking: 1 free parking space right outside the entrance large enough for a medium van - always available. Also free public on street parking, please note its subject to availability so its not guaranteed.
