Creative Studio

↪ The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Please remove all personal belongings, equipment, decorations and rubbish at the end of the booking. ↪ Any painting, messy activities, set building, smoke effects, candles, confetti, glitter or specialist equipment must be approved in advance. Protective floor and wall coverings may be required. ↪ Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the studio or elsewhere inside the building. ↪ Noise must be kept at a reasonable level, as the studio is located within a shared building. Loud music, amplified sound or evening productions must be agreed before booking. ↪ The agreed guest capacity must not be exceeded. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. ↪ Food and drinks are allowed, but any catering, alcohol service or external suppliers must be agreed in advance. ↪ Furniture and studio equipment may be moved carefully but must be returned to their original positions before departure. ↪ Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the booking. Any damage, excessive cleaning or additional waste removal may result in extra charges. ↪ Access is limited to the booked times. Setup and pack-down must take place within the booking period. Additional time may be charged if the booking overruns. ↪ Courtyard parking is available only when arranged in advance. Access routes, shared areas and fire exits must remain clear at all times. ↪ Pets, overnight storage and deliveries outside the booking time must be approved in advance. ↪ The studio may refuse activities considered unsafe, illegal or likely to cause damage to the property or disturbance to other building users.
