Access and timings Booked hours include set-up and pack-down. Standard access is [8am–7pm]. Earlier or later starts by prior arrangement only. The owner or a nominated representative will be on site throughout. Crew and use Shoe removal is required on the carpet and rugs. Please bring socks or indoor shoes. Shoot is limited to the rooms agreed in the booking. Please do not enter the spare room on the 2nd Floor or the Basement. No subletting, no additional brands or clients added to the booking without written agreement. Looking after the house: Furniture and artwork can be moved with agreement, by the owner or with the owner present. Please lift rather than drag, and return everything to its original position. Nothing may be fixed to walls, ceilings or woodwork. No nails, screws, tape, adhesive putty or hooks. Floor protection is required under heavy lighting stands and tripods. No smoking, vaping or naked flame anywhere in the house or garden. Candles, smoke machines and hazers by prior written agreement only. No confetti, glitter, paint, food colouring or liquids used outside the kitchen without agreement and full protection down. Please treat the ceramics, glass and framed art as fragile. Ask before handling. Kitchen and facilities: The kitchen may be used for food prep and styling. Please leave it clean and remove all food waste. One bathroom is designated for crew use. Please use the downstairs WC only. Crew catering to be eaten in the kitchen or outside, not in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings. Neighbours and noise: This is a residential street. Please keep noise, vehicle idling and pavement blocking to a minimum. No amplified sound outdoors before 9am or after 6pm. Do not film or photograph neighbouring properties or the street in a way that identifies them.
