As a second home, this house and farm are available to be scheduled at the film crew’s and stage sets’ production schedule needs (pending mutual agreement). We would plan to have one representative on-site to accommodate negotiated needs and requirements as well as answer real-time questions and consider issues that are not explicitly covered in a lease agreement. Hourly rates and min-days-use are negotiable (pending our availability; e.g., if we are already staying at the home when you need to film and we can accommodate your schedule, we would allow as few as 4 hours at a discounted rate; numbers below assume we must travel to be on-site and schedule full dedication to your set-up and filming … assumes 8 hour days for the 32 hour min; prefer to negotiate daily or weekly rates to accommodate creativity and weather delays vs hourly rates).

Owners seeking to accommodate film settings as a historic setting as well as to fund restoration of this home. Owners collect antiques and are willing to accommodate stage sets compatible to temporary or permanent restoration plans (within reason to avoid any permanent damage to the historic home and farm buildings; temporary alternative set modifications are negotiable…).
