HOUSE RULES We hope that you have an enjoyable and productive day. Below are some considerations we have put together to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible and to minimise the risk of damage to the property. Please familiarise yourselves with these rules before the date of your shoot. Any items damaged or stolen will be added to your bill. o Please be extra careful if using the sofa in the main living room. No make up, fake tan, moisturisers or shoes (unless unworn) to be used on the sofa without putting protection down first as the linen is very delicate light and will mark easily. Throws are supplied for the sofa and extra care will be needed if they are removed. o No shoes on cream carpets upstairs. o All eating and drinking to be restricted to kitchen area. Please do not eat on the sofa. o No generators or hazers to be used. No smoking inside the house. o Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag! o No decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes drilling or attaching things to walls - by any means. o Please ensure that all floors, carpeted areas, surfaces and upholstered items are suitably protected to avoid damage. o Protective feet/covers should be used on all equipment and props to protect all floors and surfaces within the property. Any scratches made to the flooring will be chargeable. o Please do not disconnect the TV and media units without permission from the owner. o Please ensure that before you leave everything in the house is returned to its original position and is left clean and tidy. All rubbish to be taken away with you. o Please report any damages to the location owner, or their agent, as soon as they happen. o Please ensure the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to carry out a joint review of the property with the Location Owner in order to approve that it is in a fit state to be returned. o Overtime will be charged at the agreed rate, so please vacate the property promptly at the end of your hire. If someone arrives before the agreed start time then this will also be charged as overtime. o Do not prop doors open including the main entrance. o Do not leave any equipment or props in the corridor and avoid use of communal areas at all times.
