Shoes off upstairs and front lounge. Ok in kitchen and extension. • ensure that both setup and packing activities are confined within the designated booking hours • any extra time incurred will be subject to payment based on the applicable rate • 10 people is the maximum capacity of the crew, larger crews can be accommodated but will need to agreed with owner • the supplementary charge for extending the crew is £10 per hour per person • it is prohibited to fix anything to the walls, gaffer tape etc • no smoking inside of the house • shoes off • respect the cats, the furniture and the space • only water based smoke machines All damage to be paid for.
