Booking Times All bookings include set-up and pack-down time. Early access or late departures must be agreed in advance and may incur additional fees. Capacity Limits Maximum capacity: – Soul Studio: 150 - 200 – Roots Café: 80 - 100 Please respect capacity limits for the safety and comfort of all guests. Noise Levels We ask all guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings. No amplified music after 10pm, unless otherwise agreed. Catering & Alcohol External catering is allowed with prior approval. Alcohol may be served with appropriate licensing or for private events only. No sale of alcohol without license. Cleaning & Waste Please leave the space in a tidy condition. Decor & Installations Decor is welcome but must be non-damaging (no nails, adhesives on walls, etc.). All items must be removed at the end of hire unless otherwise agreed. Access & Deliveries Access details and delivery times must be coordinated in advance. We can accommodate deliveries during business hours or by appointment. Insurance Event organisers may be required to provide proof of public liability insurance, depending on the nature of the event. No Smoking Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside either venue. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard at Soul Studio.
