House Rules / Additional Terms Production crews are welcome and we aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. All bookings must be agreed in advance and used only for the purpose stated in the booking request. Furniture and décor may be moved with prior approval and must be returned to their original positions at the end of the hire. No smoking or vaping inside the venue. No confetti, glitter, smoke machines, naked flames or special effects without prior written approval. Production equipment must not cause damage to floors, walls, furniture or fixtures. Any damage caused during the hire period will be chargeable. Access times, crew numbers and equipment requirements must be confirmed before the booking date. Music and amplified sound must be kept at reasonable levels unless otherwise agreed. The venue must be left in the same condition in which it was found. A venue representative may remain onsite during the booking. Public liability insurance may be required for larger productions. Additional Information The venue is located just moments from King's Cross and St Pancras stations, providing excellent transport links for cast, crew and equipment. Early access, extended hours and bespoke production requirements can often be accommodated by prior arrangement.
