Ewhurst Park - The Paddock

The Paddock is an open, outdoor field and is offered as a private blank-canvas space. It does not include permanent event infrastructure. The ground may be uneven or affected by weather, so suitable footwear and appropriate access arrangements should be considered. Vehicles may only enter the Paddock with prior permission. Parking should remain in the designated areas. Any marquees, tents, furniture, generators, toilets or other temporary infrastructure must be agreed with Ewhurst Park in advance. No digging, staking, ground fixing or other alterations to the land are permitted without prior approval. Due to the rural setting, guests may encounter natural features, wildlife, mud, long grass or changing ground conditions. Open fires, fireworks and other activities that could pose a risk to the land or wildlife require prior approval. All rubbish, equipment and event materials must be removed at the end of the booking, unless otherwise agreed. The Paddock and surrounding estate must be treated with care, with particular consideration for wildlife, livestock and the natural environment. Access to other areas of the estate is not permitted unless specifically agreed as part of the booking. The organiser is responsible for ensuring that guests and suppliers follow these guidelines and for any damage caused during the event. Ewhurst Park reserves the right to restrict activities or access where necessary due to weather, ground conditions, wildlife or safety.
