Booking & Crew Size – Your booking must include the correct number of cast and crew. Any additional guests must be approved in advance. Arrival & Departure – All setup and breakdown time must be within your booking period. Overtime fees will apply for late departures. Respect for the Property – Please treat our home with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately and may be chargeable. Furniture & Decor – Furniture can be moved with prior approval but must be returned to its original position before leaving. Do not drag furniture across the floor. Floor Protection – Heavy equipment must have protective padding to prevent damage to the Versailles parquet flooring. Crew must wear shoe protectors inside the house. Cooking & Appliances – If using kitchen appliances, please ensure they are cleaned after use. Indoor/Outdoor Bar – The bi-fold kitchen window must be handled with care and securely closed when not in use. Outdoor Access – Filming on the patio and garden must be approved in advance, and noise levels should be kept respectful of neighbours. Noise Levels – This is a residential area; excessive noise or disruption is not permitted. No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Rubbish Disposal – All waste, including catering and set materials, must be taken with you. Cleaning – The space should be left as it was found. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess. No Pets – Unless explicitly agreed in advance, animals are not allowed on the property. Insurance & Liability – Productions must have appropriate public liability insurance. The owner is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred. Security & Access – Doors and windows must be properly secured before departure. Overnight storage of kit to be discussed for an additional fee.
