Flexible Multi-Space Venue for Private Hire in Notting Hill

All bookings are subject to venue approval and agreed access times. Any extensions must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance and may be charged at £1,000 per hour, per floor, plus any additional staffing costs. The full venue hire fee is required as a non-refundable booking fee to secure the space. The booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received by Number 10. Final crew or guest numbers must also be confirmed in advance. External suppliers must provide valid public liability insurance, risk assessments and PAT certificates where relevant. Music, DJs, live performances, deliveries, equipment and installations must be approved beforehand and comply with the venue’s licence. Nothing may be fixed to walls, floors, ceilings, windows or furniture without written permission. Confetti, glitter, smoke effects and naked flames are not permitted unless expressly approved. The client is responsible for any damage, additional cleaning, uncollected belongings and ensuring the venue is returned in the condition in which it was provided.
