House Rules & Additional Terms Booking & Time Minimum booking duration: 2 hours Booked time includes setup and breakdown Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments Access is only permitted during confirmed booking times Payment & Deposits Full payment required prior to session unless agreed otherwise A refundable security deposit may be required for certain productions Damage, excessive cleaning, or overtime will be deducted from the deposit Equipment Use Studio equipment must only be operated by authorised personnel On-site engineer required for use of advanced production equipment (if applicable) Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused during their booking Noise & Conduct The studio operates within a shared building, respectful noise levels must be maintained outside of recording sessions No disruptive behaviour or unauthorised guests Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded Food & Drink No food or drink near recording equipment Alcohol permitted only with prior approval Cleaning fees may apply if space is left excessively untidy Cancellations Cancellations made more than 72 hours before booking may be eligible for rescheduling Late cancellations may be charged in full (inline with Scouty’s cancellation policy.) Content Responsibility Clients are fully responsible for the content recorded No illegal, explicit, defamatory or harmful material permitted The studio reserves the right to terminate sessions that breach these terms Liability The studio is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings All clients must ensure they hold appropriate insurance where required
