General Rules No smoking of any kind, outside food is allowed, pets allowed as long as you clean after them, alcohol is allowed from 12pm-12am. All ages are allowed in the space Security cameras and recording devices yes we have four security cameras, two inside and two outside watching the entrance and exit, they are also always on and recording Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement. If you would like an additional of KTV OR PS5, it would be an additional of £10/hr!! Monday-Thursday - Venue Only 10am-12pm £45/hr 12pm-2am £55/hr Friday-Saturday - Venue Only 10am-12pm £65/hr 12pm-2am £75/hr Sunday - Venue Only 3pm-2am £75/hr e.g. if client only want one or the other, it would still be £10/hr - e.g. Monday 10am-12pm, Venue + KTV = (£45/hr + £10/hr = £55/hr) e.g. Monday 10am-12pm, Venue + KTV + PS5 = £55/hr ⸻ Cleaning Fee Policy A non-refundable cleaning fee of £55 is included in the total venue hire price only for events such as parties, celebrations, or gatherings that may involve food, drink, or a larger number of attendees. If you wish to opt out of the cleaning fee, you must ensure that the venue is left in a clean and tidy condition, restored as closely as possible to its original state. This includes: • Ensuring no rubbish, food waste, or spillages are left behind. • Wiping down surfaces and furniture to prevent stains or marks. • Avoiding any damage or removal of items belonging to the venue. • Switching off all equipment, lights, and appliances before leaving. • Locking up properly and securing the venue upon departure. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional cleaning or damage fees being charged, or future booking restrictions being applied. However, for smaller, low-impact events such as meetings, workshops, discussions, or fellowships, no cleaning fee will be applied, as we trust guests will leave the venue clean and in good condition.
