Georgian Manor House with Private Estate and Woodland

We request that any vehicles be parked in the specific locations designated and not obstruct the private road of the estate so as not to block other vehicles that may require access otherwise. It is important to be aware that the private road is a single lane and vehicles would not be able to pass upon it. Cars, vans, luton vans and small trucks can negotiate the private road easily. Larger vehicles and articulated trucks would not be able to access the inner grounds. If you would like to move and rearrange furniture we would be happy to accommodate, we ask that you please inform us if you would like to move any large furniture item as the majority of the furniture and decor of the house are antique and generally over 120+ years of age. eg. Dining table etc. We would request that any moved furniture be returned to its original position at the conclusion of filming / shooting. We would request, if possible, all attendees please bring a pair of indoor shoes / slippers for use inside the main residence. Shoe changing / seating area is available in the entryway vestibule. Alternatively, shoes can be removed when entering if one prefers to simply wear socks. The majority of the rooms are carpeted. The reception hall / hallways / kitchens / cloakroom etc. marble flooring can be cool underfoot without slippers / indoor shoes. We would be grateful if you could provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance (PLI) certificate or similar insurance in the unlikely event of any damages to the property or contents within. Overruns charged at standard rate (£155/Hr), per 30 minute basis over contractually agreed times.
