Production insurance is required. Furniture may only be moved with prior agreement and must be returned to its original position. Floors, walls, period features and furnishings must be protected from equipment. No smoking, smoke effects, naked flames or alterations without written approval. Crew size, filming hours, garden use, equipment access and any overnight storage must be agreed before booking. Additional cleaning, damage and overtime charges may apply.
