H2O Studio – House Rules & Terms & Conditions Respect the Space – Please treat the studio and all equipment with care. Damage Policy – If any equipment, props, or studio features are damaged during your rental, you will be responsible for covering the full cost of repair or replacement. Safety First – The rain room can be slippery; use caution at all times. Proper footwear is recommended. Clean-Up – Please leave the studio as you found it. A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess. Time Management – Your booking includes setup and breakdown. Overtime will be charged accordingly. No Unauthorized Equipment – Any additional equipment must be approved in advance.
