Respect the space This is a working salon, so please treat all furniture, equipment, and products with care. Leave the space as you found it. Timekeeping matters Your booking includes setup and pack-down time. Please arrive and leave within your allocated slot to avoid overlap with other bookings. Capacity Stick to the agreed number of people in your booking. Larger crews must be approved in advance. No chemical use without permission Hair products are fine, but any use of chemicals, dyes, or potentially damaging substances must be cleared beforehand. Clean as you go Please dispose of rubbish properly and avoid leaving product residue, hair, or spills behind. Food & drink Light refreshments are fine, but no hot food or anything that could stain surfaces unless agreed in advance. Noise levels Keep music and noise at a reasonable level, especially during standard working hours. Damage & breakages Any damage to furniture, mirrors, or equipment must be reported and may incur a charge. Rearranging the space You’re welcome to move lightweight items for your shoot, but everything must be returned to its original position before you leave.
