🕒 Important Pricing & Booking Hours We have two young children, so our timings are strict. Our standard listing rate applies to core daytime hours only. Bookings requiring early morning or late afternoon access are subject to a premium rate: Core Hours (Standard Rate): 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM Premium Hours (£250/hr): All time booked before 9:30 AM or after 4:30 PM Minimum Booking: 3 hours. Overtime: Unplanned overtime cannot be accommodated. Note: Please message us before booking with your exact schedule. We will send you a tailored custom offer to reflect premium hours. Total booking time must include your setup and pack-down. 👥 Crew Size & Space Restrictions Crew Size: 9 people or more must be discussed with us in advance and will incur an extra fee of £25/hr. Maximum Capacity: Strictly 16 people maximum. Top Floor Access: The top floor is not normally available. Please ask if you are interested; if we can accommodate, there is an additional cost of £50/hr.
