Indoor Swimming Pool with Heating and Showers

Hours of use: 0830 to 1830 Crew size: A maximum of 20 people. Ubers: please get picked up on Valley Road and not Deerhurst or Hill House. No filming, smoking or parking on Deerhurst Road. Pavement: Please do not put anything on the pavement – use the area in front of the garage. Rubbish: All shoot rubbish must be removed at the end of the day. Lighting: No lighting or any equipment is allowed outside the front of the house. You can use it on the roof deck or swimming pool garden. A named representative must be on site all day and responsible for the conditions. Swimming pool rules Roof is made of stretched rubber – please be very careful with equipment and lights Please do not use glitter, coloured decorations or anything that will remain in the pool or stain the surrounding area Price quoted is for a 10-hour shoot Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm. With a crew size of up to 15 people.   Weekends, public holidays and Hours outside 8-6 will be charged at 1.5 the pro-rata rate Number of people over 15 will be charged at £25pp. Overnight storage is £150pp Deliveries outside of the shoot hours are £50 per delivery Terms + Conditions Booking enquiries: Please provide details of dates, hours, number of people and areas required for shoot and production/HMU, plus name of artist for music videos. Corporate, press, business, product and PR events very welcome, locations are not available to rent for private parties or private events Pricing: Price shown per hour is for a 6 hour minimum booking period, and assumes weekday bookings (Mon-Fri), standard hours (between 8am – 8pm) with maximum 15 people Terms: · Hire time includes first person arrival to last person leaving · If overtime may be required - please state up front · Increases in number of people from that booked will be subject to £25pp Hours before/after 8pm and weekend shoots charged at 1.5 the hourly rate. Please notify: pets, children (under 18), allergies, glamour/boudoir/nudity, adult content, exclusive access, other non-standard requests filming or equipment outside front of properties · Hirer must have adequate damage and public liability insurance House Rules: - No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs in houses, gardens and pools - Eating and drinking in designated areas only - No glass in and around pools - Shoes off inside locations, or shoe protection used - Smoke and haze may be used with agreement - Please ask to move furniture, art or furnishings - All rubbish to be removed at the end of the hire, dealing with leftover rubbish will be subject to a £50 charge per bag. PLEASE NOTE : Unlike most other properties we have to charge VAT. Fees are list price +VAT. If you're a VAT registered company this will make no difference as you can claim it back
