This is a living space so availability and compatibility of rental is limited. No parties, no loud music, no smoking. Photoshoot or Video productions must be discussed beforehand with the owner, as well as if furniture needs to be moved for the shooting. Neighbours have to be respected. Shootings wit big crews are not allowed.
