No smoking or vaping inside the building. Outside catering is permitted with prior approval. Use of the commercial kitchen must be agreed in advance and is restricted to suitably experienced or qualified personnel. Open flames, smoke machines, candles or other special effects must be approved in advance. Furniture may be moved or reconfigured but must be returned to its original position at the end of the booking. No drilling, painting, nailing or permanent fixing to walls, floors or other surfaces without prior approval. Production equipment must not block fire exits, access routes or emergency equipment. Noise levels must remain reasonable and comply with any local licensing or neighbourhood restrictions. Alcohol may only be served or consumed in accordance with the venue’s licence and any agreed booking conditions. Any filming or activity extending onto the pavement, road or other public areas must have the appropriate permissions in place. Children must be supervised at all times. Pets or animals are only permitted with prior approval. The space and all equipment must be left in the same condition in which they were found.
