Additional Terms
All furniture seen available for your use. Can be moved if aligned in advance of shoot. Sofa cannot be moved. If you move anything, please put it back. External catering allowed. No stiletto heels on the parque floors. Please bring floor protection for anything "pokey." Parking facilities are a 10 min walk or street parking as available. Double yellow lines on rear entrance for loading and unloading. Parking to be sorted by hirer. This is a private residence in a residential building, so we will work with you to accommodate within the bounds of that. Please do not eat my food out of my fridge or cabinets (can't believe I have to say this...). Additional costs, please inquire; - Tea and coffee service - Use of kitchen for cooking - Additional cleaning for multi day bookings - 2 bedrooms in the back - overnight storage / pre booking deliveries - on site staffing - Additional hours same day will be charged 1.5 rate as per Scouty's terms
