Industrial Warehouse - New York Style Loft

RULES: ● No smoking inside the house or on the premises including the gantry/courtyards. ● No alcohol/drugs. ● All perfume, hairspray, aerosols/sprays and nail polish to be applied outside the flat on the gantry. ● No shooting in communal areas of the building or hallways. ● Front door to be kept closed. ● Main bedroom not to be used. ● Contents of kitchen not to be used apart from sockets, sink, kettle and refreshments provided. ● Food and drink only to be consumed at the dining table/kitchen bar with placemats provided.   ● Please do not use any spray cleaners on the kitchen work surfaces. Wipes will be provided. ● All shoes to be removed on entrance. If heels are needed for shoot, no walking around in them on floors.   ● Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move any items of furniture or plants; some are on wheels. Apart from these please lift rather than drag!   ● No decorating allowed. This includes drilling or attaching things to walls - by any means.   ● Please ensure that all floors, surfaces and upholstered items are suitably protected so as not to cause damage.   ● Protective feet/covers should be used on all equipment and props to protect all floors and surfaces within the property.   ● Hi-fi system including speakers not to be used.   ● Please ensure that everything is left clean and tidy. All rubbish to be taken away with you. Any furniture or plants that have previously been agreed to be moved will be returned to their original position by Owner.   ● Please report any damages to the Location Owner, as soon as they happen.   ● Please ensure the Production Manager is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk around with the Location Owner in order to jointly approve the state of the return of the property.   ● Overtime will be charged at the agreed rate, so please vacate the property promptly at the end of your hire. If someone arrives before the agreed start time then this will also be charged as overtime. ● Overnight storage of equipment subject to discussion with Owner. ● Max. 12 people.
