Additional Terms: Rate covers up to 20 people. Additional crew charged at £12.50 per person per hour. Confirm final numbers before the booking is confirmed. Overtime outside agreed hours at 1.5× base. Maximum crew size: 60 unless pre-agreed House Rules: This is a private, lived-in Grade II listed house. Treat it with love and care. No smoking or vaping inside. The only designated outdoor area is by the front gates. No food or drink on carpets, near antiques, or on the Gold Room or Red Room furniture unless agreed in advance. Do not move furniture, open locked rooms, or use tape, nails or clamps on walls, woodwork or floors without asking. Any furniture moves must be agreed before the shoot and put back. Crew numbers, rooms in use, and access times must be confirmed in the booking. The commercial kitchen is available for catering by arrangement. Domestic power only except by pre-agreed special arrangement re the 3 phase socket. Parking is on site. Do not block the ramps or the courtyard. Cars left overnight must be collected by 11am. Leave the house as you found it. All rubbish, tape and equipment to be removed at the end of the day. Report any damage immediately. Drones, open flames, smoke machines and confetti require prior agreement. Neighbours and the Thames path are close. Keep noise reasonable outside, especially early and late. The accessible toilet and ramps from the car park are available. The lower ground, tower room, roof-top area and private bedrooms are not part of the hire unless specifically included by prior arrangement.
