House Rules Booking & Access: Your booking time includes setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly to avoid overtime charges. Respect the Space: Treat the location with care. Any damages will be charged at cost. Noise Levels: Keep noise to a reasonable level to respect the historic building and other occupants. Capacity: The studio is designed for controlled productions. Large crews must be discussed in advance. Cleaning: Leave the space as you found it. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind. Smoking & Alcohol: No smoking or alcohol consumption inside the space. Fire Safety: Open flames, including candles and gas burners, must be approved in advance. Security & Call Sheet: A full call sheet is required before the shoot for safety reasons. Additional Terms Overtime: Any time beyond the agreed booking will be charged per hour at a higher rate. Equipment & Props: Any studio equipment or props must be returned in the same condition. Cancellations: Please check our cancellation policy before booking. Short-notice cancellations may not be refundable. Liability: The production company or hirer is responsible for their crew, talent, and any damages caused during the shoot.
