House Rules & Additional Terms No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Please smoke in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Designated Areas Only: Please stay within the areas specified in your booking. Any rooms or spaces not included in your agreement are off-limits. If you need access to other areas, please request permission in advance. Noise Control: Be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the surrounding neighborhood. Any noise disturbances may result in additional charges. Furniture and Decor: Do not move or rearrange furniture or decor unless pre-approved. If you need to move items for filming purposes, please return them to their original positions after use. Equipment: The use of heavy equipment or large rigs is not permitted without prior approval. Please inform us of any special equipment requirements in advance to ensure the space is suitable. No Pets: To maintain cleanliness and preserve the property’s integrity, pets are not allowed on the premises. Clean-Up: Please clean up after your session and leave the space as you found it. All trash should be disposed of in the provided bins. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in an unsatisfactory condition. Damage Responsibility: You are responsible for any damages that occur during your booking. Any damages will be assessed and deducted from your security deposit. Parking: Please park in the 6 designated parking spots in the driveway. If additional parking is required, please let us know in advance. Safety: Please be mindful of all equipment, cords, and any other hazards during your session. Ensure that everyone on-site follows proper safety protocols, especially when using electrical equipment. Access: You will receive a door code prior to your arrival. Please ensure that all doors are securely closed when leaving the property. Catering: Outside catering is allowed, but we ask that all food and drink be cleaned up and disposed of after your event or shoot.
