Shoe covers for upstairs Smoking outside only Use of downstairs toilet only Extra care taken around quartz work surfaces in kitchen The house must be left to the same level of cleanliness and tidiness as it was found before the shoot started. A cleaning fee will be charged if not and this must be in the contract also. Please be completely transparent in crew size, stating if filming or stills, removal of furniture required, use of haze, storing props overnight, keeping sets up overnight, painting, filming at the front of the house. All of these we are more than happy to accommodate and be helpful but we wish to be informed in advance of the shoot day. All of this out of courtesy so that the final fee negotiated reflects the size, impact and type of shoot.
