I can come down to get you. • There are three entrance doors. • There are two large lobby lounge spaces where crew can comfortably wait, if needed. • There is a loading space directly in front of the building that can take two cars. • The left elevator is deeper than the right one and can take a weight limit of 1000kg or 13 people. Equipment Limitations • Ceilings are 8 ft high, with recessed lights. • Very tall lights and very long booms are not suggested. • Lights are best if battery powered. • Kitchen ring has three double sockets. This can be discussed. • All moved furniture and effects to be put back, please. Balcony Use • The balcony can get windy. • It is not recommended that outside shots and equipment set-up happen when it is windy. • Extra care must be taken to ensure nothing falls or is blown off. • Crew and cast must take care when outside. • Balcony floor can be slippery when wet. • If in doubt, please discuss with owner. Fire Safety, First Aid and Precautions • The apartment has working smoke detectors. • There is a fire blanket and small extinguisher for all fire types under the sink. • Do not block the sink cabinet door with equipment to ensure access to rubbish bin and fire extinguisher equipment. • Working at heights above a small stepladder is not suggested. • Crew should be aware that if there is a fire incident or building system fault, the lift will shut down and stairs will need to be used.
