House Rules / Additional Terms This is a quiet residential village with elderly neighbours — we ask that all crews maintain a respectful noise level, especially outdoors. No amplified music or loud activity outside. The neighbouring property keeps horses — please do not feed or approach them, and take care not to disturb them during shoots. Parking is available on-site, but please coordinate in advance for larger vehicles. All crew and equipment must remain within the agreed shooting areas unless otherwise arranged. No smoking indoors. Please leave the space as you found it — we’re happy to provide a quick check-out checklist.
