Loft Style Natural Light Studios

The standard hire period is from 9am to 6pm, although we can extend these hours for an additional fee. All props / catering are to be delivered and collected during the hire period. Overtime can be arranged, including deliveries and setting up. Please be sure to place all rubbish in bin bags provided. Any rubbish that is not suitable for bin bags must be removed from site by the client and disposed of via your own waste disposal authority. Unfortunately any damage, however slight, has to be paid for. Clients should ensure they have adequate public liability insurance in case of any accidents. UP Studios cannot be held responsible or liable for any items during the hire or left on site after the hire period. There is a NO GLITTER policy inside the studio. It is also not permitted to smoke in any part of the studio. Cancelled bookings will be charged at 50% of total hire fees. Cancelled bookings 48 hours prior to hire will be charged at 100%.
